Why We're Recruiting
YC² is a new kind of civic engagement and program. It equips students with tools in civic innovation, systems thinking, employability, and leadership through immersive, project-based learning. We’re looking for schools ready to lead.
Our program is designed for public, charter, and alternative high schools. It integrates with existing curriculum or afterschool programs. Our focus is to start new groups that can connect youth across America.

Work Preparedness Groups

​From Ohio to Colorado, YC² is connecting high schools along Highway 36 to create a powerful civic corridor in the heartland. Through hands-on civic projects and regional collaboration, students learn how to lead, influence policy, and make measurable impact in their communities—while building employability skills that last a lifetime.
